Update v0.8.3rc

Some tweaks were made.

Storm Grill v0.8.3rc Changelog

• Added a linux build
• Added a slight vignette effect
• Added extra particles for golden droplets and removed extra particles from evil droplets
  
• Made red aka evil droplets purple instead of red to avoid possible confusion
  
• Slightly nerfed the slower droplets upgrade
• Made golden droplets faster
• Changed some of the texts on the win screen
• Accidentally set the version as v0.8.3rc instead of 0.8.3r and made the builds so it will stay that way now
