Update v0.8.4r (Color Blindness Patch)

Storm Grill v0.8.4r Changelog

• Changed purple droplets with purple (rotating) triangles without trails
• Updated the purple droplet upgrade to reflect this change
• Last level of purple upgrade no longer stops the purples from spawning but instead makes them super rare
• Purples should no longer be extra common in first 5 seconds of gameplay
• No linux build for this patch since I do not have the means to test it currently, but linux users will probably be comfortable running the windows executable by their own means anyway
